Following a sympathetic refurbishment, Stocks reopened to the public allowing guests and visitors to the island to enjoy the quiet charm of Sark in premium comfort.

Sark is a perfect destination for those who want peace and beautiful scenery. I've been coming to Stocks over the years and it remains the ideal base for exploring Sark, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts and the fish specials at dinner are highly recommended.
A terrific few days on this amazing island at an excellent hotel. We strongly recommend the hotel's horse and carriage ride with the tour driven by Annette, who was first class.
We stayed in two of the hotel’s dog friendly rooms in the Dower House, they were lovely and the housekeeping team do a fantastic job at turning them around each day. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, maintained by a friendly team of gardeners.
Stocks is a superb hotel experience. We stayed in a suite in The Hayloft and the quality of the room was first class. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and without fail the staff, management and owners were friendly and approachable.
Just spent a lovely relaxing weekend at Stocks where the staff were friendly and efficient in all aspects of our stay. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked with lovely toiletries and the sloe gin, biscuits and chocolates were appreciated! We will hopefully return soon.
We took a corporate group of 50 guests for 2 nights and Stocks was absolutely outstanding in every department from start to finish. Can't recommend them highly enough. 5 stars all the way! Food, service, bedrooms, staff, Smuggler Bar, location all perfect.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it was a great experience. The staff were amazing, particularly Holly and Helen, the hotel general manager, were very helpful. A wonderful stay.
Simply put - wonderful - a calm, relaxing haven situated in a lovely wooded valley, with beautiful floral gardens, a warm pool and a ready supply of fruity Pims. The welcoming staff made our stay with family truly a delight.
