The Adonis Room 

The Adonis Room is a small Gymnasium located in the refurbished old stables. Simple but effective equipment is available including a great selection of free weights and a cross trainer.

Many of our guests do enjoy the facilities of the Adonis room but the magic of Sark is to enjoy the islands paths and beaches.

If you would like suggestions on walking or trailing running routes, just ask at reception, and we will be pleased to offer advice on the best routes.
