We pride ourselves on offering a great quality menu using the freshest local ingredients wherever possible.

We’re always listening to our guests, and with so many fantastic restaurants now on Sark, we’ve made our pool and bar area an exclusive retreat for our Stocks Hotel resident guests.

However, we warmly welcome both resident and non-resident guests to our Smugglers Bar, which is open daily at lunchtime, serving a delicious light lunch menu in a relaxed setting.

In the evenings, our main dining room offers a fresh and inviting dining experience with two dinner seatings. To ensure everyone has a wonderful experience, we kindly ask that reservations are made in advance.

We’re passionate about using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and for over 40 years, we’ve been proud to feature Sark Fresh produce on our menus whenever it’s available. Our wonderful local fishermen, farmers, and suppliers grow and harvest in small, sustainable quantities, ensuring the highest quality ingredients for our dishes. We’re truly grateful for their dedication, skill, and passion.

At Stocks, we’ve also created Sark’s very first permaculture garden—a thriving oasis of fresh, organic produce just 250 metres from our kitchen. Thanks to Helen and our gardening team, we’re able to serve ingredients at their peak of freshness, straight from our garden to your plate.

Every dish we serve is thoughtfully prepared, with simple yet exciting flavour combinations that showcase the best of what’s in season. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing the incredible tastes of Sark with you.
